First Steps

Kindergarten & New Student Registration:

*Updated for Online Registration*

Online registration is open!  Please register your child as soon as possible so we can plan for the right number of students!

Note: You will need electronic copies (a picture or a scanned copy) of the following documents to upload into your registration:

(1) Parent or guardian driver license(s)

(2) Student’s birth certificate

(3) Recent utility bill reflecting your correct zoned address

(4) Student’s immunization records

The online registration form may not initially populate Julia Green as your zoned school.

In this event, please proceed with submitting your online registration, and an MNPS representative will review your application to correctly update Julia Green as your school. In the event that your registration is missing any required documentation, you will receive an email from an MNPS representative prompting you to complete and resubmit the necessary portions.

For questions, please contact MNPS directly at (615) 259-4636.

We’re excited to welcome our new Hornets for the 2021-2022 school year!
